Sleep and good health  are closely related. As we improve our health with sensible eating habits, we should also improve our back’s health with sound sleeping habits. Sleep debt effects all of us both fiscally and physiologically. Sleep should be a priority. Let me say that again..... "Sleep should be a priority"!
