Cramps, Congestion, Colds, fever and Funky Tummys
Combine Ginger with 1 Quart of cold water in a sauce pan.
Cover tight, bring to just a boil.
Remove from heat, let steep 10 to 15 minutes.
While ginger is steeping add lemon juice from one or two lemons (to taste)
Strain ginger, add more lemon to taste and some honey for finishing touches.
drink it hot or cold. You can even add some sparkling water over ice for a nice summer drink. (equal parts)
