WRIST PAIN

By Kevin O'Hara D.C.

I see patients every day in my Arlington Heights Chiropractic Clinic with wrist pain that they do not have to live with. Look at it this way, you have two rows of bones in your wrist that must articulate properly. If they don't, you feel it. Carpal tunnel syndrome is a big indicator of misaligned or "subluxated" wrist bones called carpal bones. Sore, stiff wist pain, numbness, decreased range of motion, tired hands.... The list goes on for a simple solution. Realign the bones and your good. Musicians, gymnasts, data entry, sports, yard work the list is endless for causes. It's a simple adjustment and in nearly every instance my patient says "WOW! I didn't know you could do that."

Think about it, tell someone you love.
